Quiet Help from Sample Rescue

Quiet Help is a project within Parish Protect.

How It Works

Quiet Help is a private, non-emergency way to tell the rescue what food, supplies, or support you need for the animals.

Your note goes only to the trusted team so they can coordinate help.

  1. Submit a message describing the food, supplies, or support you need for the animals.
  2. We securely pass along your message and do not save any details.
  3. A volunteer reaches out using the contact method you listed to arrange pickup, dropoff, or another safe option.

This is not an emergency service; please contact a veterinary ER right away for urgent animal emergencies.

Request Assistance

1. Animal details

Share number, type, weight, age, breed, etc. — no names needed.

2. Request category

Select all categories that match your need. Fields will appear for each choice so you can share one request.

Request category

Food or supply details

Share food type, litter, medication refills, or other supplies without sharing names.

Non-emergency medical question

Sample Rescue cannot respond to urgent medical emergencies. Please contact a local veterinary emergency clinic directly.

Describe symptoms, timing, or medication questions for a volunteer to review.

Temporary foster support

Share timing, transport, or supplies needed for a temporary foster without using names.

Other request

Provide only the details responders need to help while keeping you anonymous.

Safer communication reminders

  • Use a private app with disappearing messages for sensitive follow-up.
  • Confirm who you're chatting with before sending locations or photos.
  • Turn off cloud backups and notification previews when sharing updates.

3. Contact preferences

Share the app or method you prefer, such as email, Signal, or another written platform.

Provide the address, email, number, or account so the rescue can follow up in writing.
